Tax Representative

Subject to the Polish Law on VAT, businesses whose head offices or main places of business are located outside the EU, and who are subject to registration as VAT payers in Poland, are obliged to appoint their tax representatives.

Tax Representation services include timely submission of correct and complete VAT statements, summary reports and statistical information (INTRASTAT). We are jointly and severally responsible for tax statements submitted by taxpayers whom we represent.
